Klean Kanteen is the stainless steel alternative to plastic and aluminum waterbottles
Was searching for a good waterbottle. Tired of bad tastes from plastic, glass and cheapie metal bottles. My cheapie metal bottle dented very easily and the paint wore off very fast, and the lid was next to impossible to twist on and off. Found Klean Kanteen and liked what I saw in reviews and descriptions. I LOVE the pop-top. Yes, slight noise when drinking, but so worth any minor inconvenience. I LOVE that it can go in the dishwasher. I LOVE that there’s no extra taste. I LOVE that it can be used for hot (if you use an insulator) or cold beverages. I LOVE that the cap goes on and off easily. It is easy to carry around, so I am able to drink more water, which is something I really needed to do! HIGHLY recommend!! Also have the sippy Klean Kanteen for my daughter and it’s her favorite cup!!
I absolutely love my Klean Kanteen! My husband and I have the stainless steel colored 27 ounce bottles and they fit perfectly in my BOB’s handlebar accessory. They keep our water cool, no leaks (even when jogging and/or hiking with the stroller) and don’t leave a funky taste. They look nice and are well made. Klean Kanteen is a wonderful brand and you can find out ANYthing you want about them.. They are very transparent about their company – and rightly so! They have nothing to be ashamed of! I did a LOT of research before purchasing our reusable containers (as I do with everything I buy) and I am very happy we went with KK. Even my 14 month old loves to drink out of the “big boy” cup! Once my dear, sweet husband left his on top of the car and we didn’t realize it until it fell off – smacking the trunk, making a horrible noise and rolling down the bumper onto the gravel behind us – and KK barely had a scratch while my trunk now has a very large dent! I would definitely recommend these to anyone.
I wanted a stainless steel water bottle, and my two requirements were that it would have a carry loop and be made in the USA. I had the made in USA requirement due to the quality issues that have been encountered with Chinese goods, such as lead paint in children’s toys, and problems with toothpaste and pet food. My husband bought 4 of the KK bottles, and we love them. They are easy to carry, and the flavor of the water does not get tainted because it’s a stainless steel bottle. He bought me a pink one, of course, which is an added bonus. I use it every day. Highly recommended.
I bought 2 120z bottles with the sports tops for my daughters to bring to use for snack and lunch. I read a bunch of reviews and was excited about these bottles because they weren’t supposed to leak. We got them quickly, Amazon is great that way, and the girls brought them to school on Monday. Within a week I was getting reports of wet backpacks because they were leaking all over the inside of them. I was not happy about this and still haven’t decided what to do about it. For now they are still using them, but are making sure that they are upright at all times and only if there is no other resort. I have found that the cheaper plastic versions seem to work better and will probably stick with those.
Works great, cleans easy, water taste fine. Only issue is that the large mouth top spills when you drink from it. Many of my work cloths get splashed with water. It is also impossible to sip from when driving. Other than that the bottle is great.
