This is a great video for anyone who has or plans on buying the Iron Gym workout bar. It features Jack Zatorski demonstrating proper use of the Iron Gym. He explains all of the excercises that can be done using the Iron Gym. He also give a workout that can be used to achieve results.
Received a blank DVD in a flimsy case. It was a dumb investment. The iron gym commercials are enough to know what to do. I purchased this DVD for advice on workouts from beginners to advanced. I was very disappointed. Don’t bother purchasing it. There are many reviews of the Iron Gym on “You Tube” to help with routines, check them out and stay away from this DVD. I will not be purchasing from Pro Fit again!
First of all, the DVD does not come packaged as in the photo. What I got was a cheap DVD in a flimsy clear plastic thing that does not shut, and it was sealed with tape to keep it closed. No insert, no cover, nothing but the loose DVD.
What’s on the DVD? 7 minutes of talking about how great the Iron Gym is and how to place it on your door and floor. Then the second, and only other chapter is the “workout” which is just another 7 minutes. The laughable part is that there are several 30 second breaks between common sense sets where you watch a clock countdown. When it was over I felt completely ripped off. So you maybe have 5 minutes left of a guy starting a set who moves on to the next without doing it fully.
The iron gym unit is actually a very good, solid product. There is the regular version, but for a few dollars more, get the “extreme” version. And do not send away for the ab straps. They do that to obtain your information to try to sell to you endlessly. Nothing is ever free. You can get them on Amazon for $10. If it’s free shipping, you can be sure it’s from Amazon.
But stay clear of this stupid and insulting DVD. I would return it, but it’s not worth my time.
